Kodex-Compliance is a Berlin-based, EU-native compliance verification platform for small and mid-sized companies without a dedicated compliance team.
Most compliance tools check whether a policy exists. Kodex-Compliance checks whether it is actually followed. A multi-pass skeptic engine tests real evidence against established frameworks including GDPR, the EU AI Act, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and the CRA, with guards against false passes.
The same principle that drives the product drives the team: we build with the people who have done the work, not consultants describing it from the outside.

Jeremiah Matador
CEO and Founder
Leads product, AI verification and go-to-market. Founded Kodex-Compliance in 2026 and advises the founder of NEURIDION. Previously a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, compliance officer at Yale Health Services and financial law associate at Thompson & Associates. BA in International Relations from Wesleyan University; product management certification from CareerFoundry.
Michael Gordeev
Lead Developer
Leads software delivery, deployment and infrastructure safeguards. 17 years in infrastructure and DevOps, including roles at eClear, Sberbank and Rostelecom. Built a seven-person DevOps team, cut delivery time tenfold and built a system that handles over a billion requests a day. Studied at Altai State Technical University.
Karla Gross
CGO
Provides independent HR services. Previously HR Business Partner at expondo and People and Culture Manager at DEPT, after ten years in technical development at AUDI AG. BSc in Psychology from FernUniversität in Hagen; electrical engineering qualification from Technikerschule Ingolstadt.
Yaw Addo-Nyarko
Data Scientist
Owns the data architecture and contributes data science and evaluation tooling. MSc in Data Science from Arden University and BSc in Computational Science from KNUST; studying Computer Software Engineering at CODE University of Applied Sciences. Previously IT support technician with the Ghana Armed Forces and marketing and data analyst at SBP-Management.
