Kodex-Compliance is a Berlin-based, EU-native compliance verification platform for small and mid-sized companies without a dedicated compliance team.
Most compliance tools check whether a policy exists. Kodex-Compliance checks whether it is actually followed. A multi-pass skeptic engine tests real evidence against nine EU regulatory frameworks including GDPR, the EU AI Act, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and the CRA, with guards against false passes.
The same principle that drives the product drives the team: we build with the people who have done the work, not consultants describing it from the outside.

Jeremiah Matador
Founder and CEO
Product strategy, technical roadmap and go-to-market. Founded Kodex-Compliance on 22 June 2026. Previously enterprise operations and transition consulting at GPM Global Project Management GmbH, building a PMO and running cross-border logistics under strict data-privacy rules. Co-founded and led the Haiti Street Dog Project as National Director and still sits on its board. Background in litigation paralegal work and political campaign organising. Studying Computer Software Engineering at CODE University of Applied Sciences; BA in International Relations from Wesleyan University.
Jhonathan Campos
Co-Founder, AI Governance
Senior AI Governance Manager at krisenchat, leading EU AI Act compliance and GDPR / ISO 27001 / ISO 42001 alignment for high-risk AI systems in digital mental health. Also AI Governance Architect and AI/ML Scientist at Zuse Institute Berlin, where he built the institute's first Data and AI Governance Framework. Fourteen years as a lawyer in the São Paulo State Court system before moving into privacy, AI governance and software engineering. AIGP certified.
Yaw Addo-Nyarko
CTO and Data Architect
Owns the data architecture and technical build. MSc in Data Science from Arden University; studying Computer Software Engineering at CODE University of Applied Sciences; BSc in Computational Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Experienced in turning public and vendor data into structured market intelligence.
Karla Gross
CFO and Head of HR (part-time)
Runs HR in Germany, alongside an independent HR consulting practice. Over a decade of HR leadership across e-commerce, agency and SaaS businesses. Began as a technical developer in automotive engineering, which still shows in how she approaches finance and people operations.
Michael Gordeev
Security and Infrastructure Migration Lead (part-time)
A decade of production-scale DevOps, currently lead DevOps engineer at a mapping and location-data company. Previously led cloud engineering in fintech and banking, building CI/CD, release management and infrastructure-as-code practices. Kubernetes, GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, Hashicorp Vault; securing and migrating production environments at scale.
